Overcoming obstacles
This lesson will provide skills to help you understand the lens you see yourself through by gaining self awareness and using mindful intention and nature experience to overcome obstacles that are preventing you from reaching your goals.

Acknowledging Inner Strength and Self Acceptance
Waves are an endless force of nature that teaches us there is a rhythm and pattern much more powerful than ourselves. There is a powerful flow of simplicity, reliability, and predictability that tells us the more we fight against our emotions the less probability we may have to survive its current. If we can find acceptance in the movement and grace of the ebb and flow and dance with its current rather than fight against it’s gravity, we can use it to our advantage to enjoy the beauty of the wave.

Optimism, Staying Hopeful and Not Giving Up
Optimism allows a person to gain self-control through active choice in each moment, in the way they respond to life's experiences. Understanding that negative events in life are only temporary, with an ability to see past unpleasant situations towards hope and new possibilities is powerful. Optimistic thinking is a habit that can be nurtured. We can train our minds to think optimistically, to see the world through rose colored lenses, even when things are beyond our control. It is a skill that can be learned.

Will There Ever Be Freedom from my Conditioned
How aware are you of your automatic thought, feeling, and behavioral processes? To realize that at any moment you have the ability to choose the way you respond to others reactions, is a very powerful thing. Becoming aware of habitual response patterns in thought, feeling and action can guide you towards self realization, to understand yourself beyond your own conditioned existence, to strengthen your identity from your soul.

How to Move From Feeling Stuck in Unhealthy Rumination Patterns

Good Posture Increases Confidence: What Does Your Posture Say About You?
It’s time to check in with your posture. The way we present ourselves in our physical stance is often the first impression that other people see. Our posture... our stance... is a direct reflection of how we feel in each moment. It may be exaggerated or contrived at times, to over compensate for what is truly going on in the inside of ourself. How can we learn to stand with confidence and dignity authentically, so that our internal reflection of confidence and dignity becomes congruent.

Learn to set healthy boundaries
This is an interactive course, make sure you have a journal and a quiet peaceful place to practice mindfully. You will be asked to pause to complete the mindfulness and journaling exercise.
Boundaries are important in order to maintain healthy relationships. This course will teach skills to learn what healthy boundaries are and how to establish clear healthy boundaries to promote self-esteem and responsibility.

Reframing Problems into solutions
This is an interactive course. You may need to pause this podcast to take time to engage in the activities throughout this course. Make sure you have a journal and a quiet place set aside to practice mindfully.
