
Mindful Mountain 3 Day Wellness Challenge Backpacking Style
Mindful Mountain 3 Day Wellness Challenges/Backpacking Style are held at different outdoor locations throughout Utah. Each challenge will have a different theme in line with the courses that we offer. The Mindful Mountain 3 day Wellness Challenges include daily mindfulness, yoga, an experiential exercise, journal, healthy meals, and a hiking permit. They do not include gear. We do have gear packages available for purchase. You will also be given a packing list that provides information of what gear you will need. It is a Friday through Sunday backpacking adventure. We will hike each day to our destination then set up camp for the evening. We will be hiking for 3 days and camping for 2 nights.
Each individual participating will need to complete the informed consent to participate form before registration is complete.
