Equine Therapy
Equine-assisted therapy incorporates horses into the therapeutic process. People engage in activities such as grooming, feeding, and leading a horse while being supervised by an equine specialized mental health professional. There are benefits of being in nature while gaining social emotional learning skills such as emotion regulation, self-confidence, self care and responsibility.
